The EMD GP15 is a 4 axel diesel-electric locomotive built by EMD between 1976 and 1982. This locomotive was built to operate as a yard or a light road switcher on railroads across the country. Powered by a 12-645 Prime Mover, generating 1500 horse power, making this locomotive is perfect for any switching operation. A total of 310 units were build, and a number of them remain in service today.
